We’re hiring: HSE Manager at Sharif Group!
Lead safety, compliance, and environmental excellence across diverse industrial units.

Eligibility Criteria

• BSc Chemical/Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 10 + Years of HSE Experience
• Certifications: NEBOSH/OSHA is plus
• In-depth knowledge of risk assessment (JSA, HIRA), incident investigation and emergency response planning

1. Ensure Compliance & Governance Enforce adherence to all related HSE standards, and internal HSE policies across the Group.
2. Risk Management & Incident Control Identify hazards, conduct HIRA/JSA, and implement preventive measures; lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for all incidents.
3. HSE Training & Culture Building Drive safety awareness through regular training, toolbox talks, and safety programs to instill a zero-incident culture.
4. Audit, Reporting & Data Analytics Conduct internal HSE audits, maintain compliance records, and generate group-level dashboards for management review using KPIs.
5. Emergency Response & Crisis Management Develop and execute site-specific Emergency Response Plans (ERP), ensure readiness through mock drills, and coordinate with external agencies during emergencies.
