SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of PEP+ sustainability initiatives in line with PepsiCo’s global strategy.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on sustainability metrics, including SBTi targets for emissions, water, and waste.
• Contribute to ESG reporting and compliance efforts across internal and external platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability projects and operational improvements.
• Participate in the preparation of sustainability audits, certifications (e.g., LEED, ISO), and other environmental assessments.
• Lead CSR initiatives and community engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental laws and standards.
• Track progress on sustainability KPIs and prepare reports for management.
• Promote awareness and training on sustainability practices across the plant.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, chemical engineering, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or EHS, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PEP+, SBTi, ESG metrics, and sustainability reporting frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Passionate about driving real-world environmental impact through corporate sustainability.
