Mehran Spice & Food Industries is looking for an Assistant Manager Purchase – Technical Procurement to join their team
Role Type: Permanent Department: Purchase and Store Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
•Execute end-to-end procurement activities for technical items, general supplies, and construction materials.
•Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
•Prepare and review RFQs, purchase orders, and comparative statements.
•Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and specifications
•Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and ensure cost efficiency.
•Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
•Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and project-related procurement planning
Key Requirement
•Must hold MBA Supply chain from well-known institution.
•Proven working experience of at least 4-5 years in purchasing/supply chain/procurement.
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
•Working experience of vendor management software.
