Position : FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS MANAGER (Location – Raiwind)

Role Overview

The Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for driving financial performance by providing strategic insights, accurate forecasts, and analytical support to management. The role involves leading budgeting, financial modelling, investment appraisals, and feasibility studies to support key business decisions and growth initiatives.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Prepare financial feasibilities, investment appraisals, and business case evaluations.
• Conduct detailed variance, trend, and profitability analysis across brands and functions.
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models and KPI dashboards for management reporting.
• Partner with commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior and top management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, reporting standards, and internal controls.

Technical Skillset

• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and investment appraisal (NPV, IRR).
• Strong command of Excel, Power BI, and financial planning systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan).
• Ability to link financial data with business drivers and provide actionable insights for management.

What we’re looking for

• ACCA / ACA / CMA.
• 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Advanced Excel skills, experience in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Detail-oriented and solution-driven, strong commercial acumen. Excellent communicator with ability to work cross-functionally and influence.
• Effective coach and a strong team builder.
• Growth mindset with ability to operate in both structured and evolving environments.
