Personal Assistant To CEO (Karachi)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s daily schedule and appointments.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and official communication efficiently.
• Coordinate and organize business travel, meetings, and events.
• Maintain confidentiality in all executive and business matters.
• Support the CEO in administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations as required.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years of executive support experience with excellent communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Professional Skills: Highly organized, discreet, and professional.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
