Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and foster strategic customer engagement within the assigned territory
• Set and monitor sales targets for the region and key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies in line with broader organisational goals.
• Conduct regular meetings with key clients to strengthen relationships and address business needs.
• Build long-term partnerships and implement customer retention initiatives.
• Lead contract negotiations and deal closures in coordination with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversee order fulfillment and post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the client base.
