We are seeking a highly responsible and vigilant “Assistant Manager – Security & Loss Prevention” to support and enhance the effectiveness of our security operations. This role will assist in leading the security team, implementing loss prevention strategies, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and assets in one of Pakistan’s leading and fastest-growing retail chains.
📍 Location: Islamabad.
🎓 Qualification:
Master’s in Criminology or a related field preferred..
💼 Experience:
6–7 years of proven experience in security, loss prevention, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in the use of security technologies (CCTV, access control systems, etc.).
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Security & Loss Prevention Manager in planning and executing security protocols across all areas of the facility.
Monitor and manage surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems.
Lead investigations into incidents involving theft, fraud, policy violations, and safety hazards.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to enforce compliance and safety standards.
Maintain detailed reports on incidents, inspections, and investigations.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
