BBA & MBA with at least 2 years of experience in Organizational Development and a total of 5 years of overall HR experience

Purpose:

• Support the design and rollout of organizational development, learning, and talent management initiatives
• Support the Head of OD & Talent in building the current and future organizational capabilities through structured development programs
• Drive the effective execution of learning, performance, and talent processes across the organization
