Qualification BS / Bachelor in Commerce / any other professional qualification

Experience 2-3 years of work experience. Candidates from hospitality background will be preferred.

Location Lahore

• Oversee and maintain detailed records of all payments due to creditors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of payments for services obtained from external vendors and corporate entities.
• Review supplier documents and supporting evidence thoroughly, ensuring they match corresponding purchase order documents.
• Organize purchase orders by vendor and attach them to supplier bills for processing, maintaining records systematically.
• Assist with any additional record-keeping tasks as assigned by management to support financial operations.

WE ARE HIRING Maintenance Engineer

Qualification Minimum Bachelors in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Experience 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Location Rawalpindi

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Plan, organize and direct preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical/electrical machinery, equipment, fitting/fixtures within and outside of the hotel.
• Undertake feasibility studies for up-gradation of the hotel and any other specific projects.
• Study all submissions by consultant on assignments done by them and advise them on changes/modifications as may be necessary.
• To prepare engineering department budget and monitor the progress of expenditure especially with a view that it is evenly spread, and no extra budgetary expenditure is incurred.
