Job Title: MTO – Retail (Region South & North)
Education: BBA/BPA MBA/MPA Sales & Marketing
Experience: Fresh / Prior internship or experience in retail sales is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Actively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate footwear products.
Support the team in achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and timely assistance.
Learn and assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock management, and visual merchandising.
Ensure merchandise is well displayed, labeled, and properly organized.
Assist in inventory management, stocktaking, and minimizing stock loss.
Assist in managing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales and footfall reports.
Document customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities for management review. → Career Progression:
→ Successful trainees may progress to permanent roles such as Assistant Store Manager, and eventually Group Store Manager.
