o Develop innovative and trend-driven designs for ๐ธ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ ๐ธ๐ป๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐.
o Create detailed tech packs with accurate specifications for sampling and production.
o Coordinate with the product development and merchandising teams to ensure product accuracy and timely execution.
o Conduct market and trend research to identify new design opportunities and seasonal inspirations.
o Review samples and provide feedback on fit, fabrication, and print quality.
o Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure alignment on fabric, print, and construction details.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
o Bachelorโs degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design from a recognized institute.
o 2โ4 years of experience in retail or export-based apparel design, preferably in knitwear.
o Strong knowledge of tech packs, knits fabrication, and printing techniques.
o Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
o Excellent sense of color, fabric selection and kidswear trends.
