JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensure timely processing of claims and provide policy/co-insurer details.
• Coordinate with clients and brokers for claim updates and documentation.
• Prepare monthly claim statements, loss ratios, and reports.
• Handle client queries and support audits and ISO implementation.
