Nishat Linen is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing fashion collections from concept to final product with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and trend alignment.

Job Description:

• Design Development: Create design concepts, mood boards, technical sketches, and embroidery patterns; manage the design process from concept through final styling.
• Trend Forecasting & Market Research: Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to guide future collections.
• Collection Creation: Design original garments and accessories aligned with the brand’s aesthetic; experiment with fabrics, colors, and techniques.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with design, textile, and production teams; coordinate with patternmakers and sample makers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Quality Control: Oversee sample development, fittings, and garment finishing; ensure all designs meet quality and production standards.
