Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration
7–10 years of FMCG experience, with 3–5 years in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Planning
Strong analytical and financial skills, proficient in Excel, Power BI & ERP (SAP/Oracle)
Lead revenue planning, pricing, and trade spend management
Analyze promotional ROI and identify growth opportunities
Align revenue strategies with category, finance & sales teams
Manage pack-price architecture and optimize trade investments
Drive automation and forecasting accuracy
Strong commercial acumen & strategic mindset
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure
