🎓 Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Master of Science in Chemistry
💼 Experience: 3-5 years of relevant HSE experience. (Industrial or Terminal operations will be an added advantage

Role Overview: The Executive HSE will play a key role in assisting site management in the implementation of APL’s Safety Management System, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, standards, and best practices. The role involves promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all staff understand and fulfill their HSE responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure implementation of HSE procedures and compliance across terminal operations.
• Inspect and monitor safe work practices in both operational and non-operational areas.
• Supervise firefighting crew and ensure all safety equipment is maintained in top condition.
• Conduct fire drills, safety inspections, and develop emergency response plans.
• Investigate safety incidents and perform root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct HSE trainings, awareness sessions, and employee orientations.
• Issue and monitor compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
• Identify and control HSE hazards during all operational activities.
